5. Shipping and Delivery

Shipping Limitations:
At this time, we ship only within the United States. We are actively working on expanding our shipping capabilities to international locations in the future.

Handler: All packages are handled with USPS and a tracking number. Orders sent in Priority mail take 1-3 Business days to arrive. If the customer orders a Priority mail express, the order will be sent next-day, or 2-day delivery. Shipping and handling will cost significantly more.

Undeliverable Packages:
It is the customer’s responsibility to provide accurate shipping information. If a package is returned due to an error in the provided shipping details, the customer will be responsible for the re-shipping costs.

6. Returns, Refunds, and Exchanges

No Returns or Exchanges:
All sales are final.

Damaged Items:
If your item arrives damaged, please contact customer support at support@spaceoddicy.com within 14 days of receipt. Refunds or replacements will be reviewed and processed at our discretion.
